WARNING! The masks we handle are not a medical surgical device. Anyway they are made of quality fabric, certificated, manufactured and sold in accordance with the provisions of art. 16 paragraph 1 and 2 D.Lgs 17.03.2020 n. 18
Delivery terms
SHIPPING IN ITALY
Order processing times are on average of 24h but it may vary depending on orders volume. You will usually receive the product within two working days since the payement of the purchase. In Italy, an extra working day is required for islands and Calabria region. Face masks are shipped via Poste Italiane up to a maximum of 30 masks per order (delivery is non-trackable). For more than 30 masks we use the couriers UPS and TNT.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments depart each Thursday via EXPRESS DELIVERY FEDEX /UPS and are delivered on average between two and four working days.
Returns policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the item, here’s how to do: pack again the goods and send it (no later than 7 days after delivery of the goods) to the following address:
We remind you that the product must be in the same condition it was shipped and must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, otherwise the return will not be accepted. Shipping costs are entirely borne by the purchaser, unless there has been a mistake by us, or the item is defective.
Once goods are received, we will issue a voucher of equal value that can be reused for another purchase within 30 days from the issue.

If you are waiting for delivery, we recommend to read carefully terms and conditions before contacting us. About the status of the shipment, we never give certain dates for delivery.
If you need to make a return or an exchange, please follow the instructions above.
It’s possible to request an invoice only for orders of 100,00 euros or more. Please indicate it in the notes at the moment of the order.
